What should I do if my Ever Grip fell off?

This can happen for two main reasons; the surface was not totally clean or dry when the grip was applied, or because 

 

What do I do if I cant swap the elastic? 

Try to follow the instructions closely.

1. If you hare having trouble getting the strap out try using the edge of a plastic card to release the pin. 

2. If you are having trouble putting it back in try using a plastic card to push in just the end piece of the pin. Make sure the elastic is laying flat so it doesn't get in the way of the pin clicking in.
